Shania was so incredibly helpful and so sweet! She completely replaced our tire (under warranty) and put it on for us even though we only needed a patch. She’s so lovely! Everyone at this shop is super friendly :) Thank you!!!

Parker was friendly, knowledgeable and professional when I took my car in for new tires. I also needed my brakes inspected as well as the control arm. I had been told by another shop that both needed work. After a thorough inspection, neither one needed work. I am switching my shop to Les Schwab for whatever services they can provide. Was out of town but needed brakes done. They did a great job identifying and fixing my brake issue as well as the general steering maintenance work. Everything they recommended was consistent with my own understanding of what needed to be done. The price is competitive and had high trust after interacting with their staff, which is why I opted for the additional steering replacement work (which I had post-poned until now, because of either price or trust). Clear communication, great experience!

So I am Discount Tire loyalist and used to work for them as well. I decided to try Les Schwab as they had a better price on the tires I needed. They definitely have converted me. Not just because of the price but because of their professionalism and attention to detail. The tech took extreme care of my vehicle, test fitted some stuff for me and was extremely friendly. Edit* I just want to add an example to the level of detail these folks operate by. I have dark colored wheels and they didn’t slap on shinny aluminum wheel weights. The tech put on black colored weights so they blend into the wheel and you don’t notice them nearly as much.

Les Schwab is the best! My son ran over a screw in the family van and the tire went flat immediately.we use this vehicle every single day for our family with five kids, so I was stressed! Les Schwab was the first thought we had when trying to get the tire repaired or replaced. They were able to get us in for an appointment early the very next morning. After a quick spare tire change lesson for my son we made it to the appointment and dropped off old Bessie in the trusted hands of their very friendly front desk manager who was reassuring and helpful. We received a text and email a few hours later saying our car was ready to be picked up and when we arrived we were delighted that they could save and repair our tire! That’s a big deal to us with a budget. They didn’t up charge us or replace anything unnecessary or sell us on all new sets of the best of the best. They just did a great job on exactly what we needed and did it quickly. They even put my spare back and secured it safely and that’s why when we do need to replace our full set we will bring our business back to them! Thanks Les Schwab, we appreciate you!
